Hakob Hakobyan   Ashot Baghdasaryan
         

 

 

Hakob Hakobyan was born August 1, 1956 in Yerevan.

A graduate of the State Engineering University of Armenia (class of 1984), he majored in Power Plants and received a degree in Heat and Power Engineering.

Upon "Diatomite" SP CJSC foundation Mr. Hakobyan was appointed General Director of the Company and successfully led it until June 2007.

Currently Mr. Hakobyan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Diatomite" SP CJSC.

Mr. Hakobyan is deputy of Armenian National Assembly (parliament) since July 11, 2007.

In 2002 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Hakob Hakobyan was awarded "Gratitude for longstanding work and accomplishments".

Hakob Hakobyan holds a PhD in technical sciences and is an author of some 17 scientific publications.

Hakob Hakobyan is married and has two children.

 

Ashot Baghdasaryan was born October 8, 1952 in Yerevan.

A graduate of the State Engineering University of Armenia (class of 1974), Mr. Baghdasaryan majored in Food Industry Machines and Apparatus and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

From the foundation of "Diatomite" SP CJSC until June 2003 Mr. Baghdasaryan was Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in June 2007 was appointed General Director of "Diatomite" SP CJSC.

During the years of 2003 to 2007 Mr. Baghdasaryan served as a deputy for the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

In January 2003 Mr. Baghdasaryan was elected a Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of Armenia.

In 2002 by decree of the President of Armenia Ashot Baghdasaryan was awarded "Gratitude for longstanding work and accomplishments". Also, by the decision of the mayor of Yerevan, Mr. Baghdasaryan was awarded the "Yerevan Coat of Arms" service medal.

In 2009, by the decree of the Prime Minister of Armenia Mr. Baghdasaryan was awarded a service medal for "Long and honest work".

Ashot Baghdasaryan is an author of a number of scientific articles and engineering know-how's.

Ashot Baghdasaryan is married and has two children.
